If you haven't already done it today, try clearing your caches. If that doesn't help, try using a different browser, see if it works better for you. A lot of users use chrome, which has it's own built in flash player, and it works well for them. Some browsers work better for some than others, it's a matter of trying them to see which one works best for you.
