Problems with loading Trains

Update 14th of July '12

The developers have advised us that they have released a fix for the problems with dispatching the train and also not being able to move or store the trains.


Hi, the developers have identified a problem some user are having when reloading trains after they have been unloaded.

They are working on the glitch but have said it may take a few weeks to fix. In the interim they have provided us with a tool that may help temporarily fix the problem.

I am still having problems with my train also. First trip was great. Unloaded it. Tried to dispatch but can't - dispatch is grayed out. Can't move it to storage. Have done everything recommended - including rebooting my router and computer. Help!

Hi, I have just tried something, can you please close the game and reload it and then try the train again. Let me know how you go please,

Tony, I am having the same problem. I've reloaded the game, even rebooted my router and computer. Can't dispatch, can't move the train. Worked fine the first time.

I clicked "hide" for the train, then reloaded the farm and now it is not gray. Don't know what you did but I really appreciate the help. Thank you!

i also having problems with the trains if you can't fix this i wish you will redeem our farmcash back or even better still make the trains work with better products and less time i have spend 105 farmcash on all 3 trains that cost 35 Farmcash.

And now i regret buying them a waste on farmcash.

no, your farm ID is numerical.. goto your profile, click your photo as if you're going to change the pic... the URL given has 3 long sets of numbers... the right set is your ID number
