Hi Serenity,
We moved your post to the thread about facilities. Your friend needs to come to the forums and report these issues so we can work directly with them. It is hard to work 3rd party like this because we do not know what they have tried to be able to help them.


I can tell you that they bought the wrong rabbit hutch. the one they bought is a decoration.

I bought the 2 new facilities as they are needed for some co-op quests and quests. Will they still be needed for quests? If not I will get them refunded as I don't need them at the present time. Will hold off ID until I get answer to whether they are required for Quests or FP...Thank you

Today I tried to post for ingredients to Facebook. The post went to my timeline, then a message from Facebook popped up that said they removed my post.

Hi linda

We do not have a response to you as Facebook could have several reasons to do that as the game is not in Facebook anymore.

There is nothing we can do about that and you need to work with them and ask them why they are doing that.

It's always been my understanding and experience that if you uncheck a facility in the facility manager, that facility won't load when you do a load all. I had one of my Feed Supplement Factories unchecked, and it still loaded. Is this known or a bug??

Hi NJones,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about facilities as the function you are talking about has nothing to do with the current release.
Those would have nothing to do with the load all function as they are non-workable facilities and would be loaded with the Start All not the Load All. As it takes 4 hours for a batch of the supplements to complete, it may still be loaded from a previous time you started it. Unchecking a facility does not stop production in it if you already have pending batches.
I just unchecked one of mine and then did a Start All and that one did not load any additional batches.

OK - please excuse me for using the wrong terms - I meant Start All. I had a Feed Supplement Facility unchecked when I did a Start All and it started everything. It was down to about 5% when I Started All. Now it's over 95% and I still have it unchecked. I was inquiring about this specific facility. I've done the same thing with the non-workables and they don't load. Nor do the regular and service facilities. Just this one. I just wondered if this is a "feature" or a bug.
