I was just looking through the facilities in the store. It didn't seem to be showing me that I had purchased certain facilities. Shouldn't it be telling me "duplicate"? The game DOES tell me only one of each facility can be on a farm.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities and Facility Manager.

The Duplicate button in the Store is only for Farm Cash Tools.

If you go to the Store and want to know which facilities you own or not, then you have to use the filters.

Set the A/Z filter to Alphabetically.

Then set the funnel filter to Not Owned if you want to see all facilities you do not own yet.

OR

Set the funnel filter to Not in this Farm if you want to see only the facilities you do not have in that particular farm.

The filter Owned will show you all facilities you have already purchased.

You also have information about facilities placed on your farms in the following link from our Game Guide:

Good morning. I purchased the new facilities today and started all the items in The Sauna Supplies factory. Showed it started all, but does not show any pending. Ingredients planner for it also does not work. Just a heads up to the devs.

There was a problem while developers tried to release, so maybe it is due to that.
Anyway, I will let them know.

I have noticed the same issues as Early Girl. I am glad to see it's reported.

Me too I purchased the sauna factory and it does not work. Maybe we were too fast

I bought both today. There are no pages showing what is needed to fill order, and even though my facility showed completed, and I emptied it, there was no product to be put in the referral sauna. Please help. Thank you in advance.

I moved your post to the thread about facilities. The developers are aware of the problem and working on getting it fixed.

Hi Farmers

The issues with the Sauna Supplies Factory and the Sauna House are now fixed.

Also you can see the correct information in the Ingredient Planner and when you click in the ? icon in the Store.

You can reload the game in case you dont get the fixed.
