The only difference is if I put a tag on an item, he doesn't have a green checkmark on it.

Okay, I got the pic of my quests to go through.

The quest this time is: Load 1000 x Mesh Stent in a service facility. It's the middle quest.
But this happens with every quest. And for my husband, it's the same on every quest for every one of his neighbors. Every item just says BUY so he can't send anything to anyone.

I am not sure why he can't see the help note. He would not see a green check mark on it as you haven't gotten it yet and he would not have it if he doesn't play those. All he should have to do is click on it to sell.
Please have him try clearing his memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Oh and one other odd thing.. When he goes through his neighbor's co-op quests, the neighbor picture doesn't show up at the bottom either. Very odd..

Please contact Support concerning this.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Memecache cleared, no change...
All his neighbors show the same thing, BUY on every item. Green check if they have it already, but help tags don't show up so he doesn't have the option to sell needed items.
