Please be sure that your browser and operation system are up to date. If any update is done, then it is always better to restart your computer.

As far as I can see it is a connection error, you can reset your router/modem and see if that helps you.

Game plays fine then all of a sudden crashes and when trying to reload comes up with message an embedded page at i1.slashkey.com says "your browser does not support webGL"
well my game loads and plays fine till this happens and when this happens i have to reload my computer to clear it then it works fine again.

i am not very good with things like this probably because i,m 79 any help would be appreciated.

I moved your post to the thread about problems loading the game.

First of all, please be sure that your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for windows in your computer.

After an update it is always better to restart the computer.

If that is not the problem, then please follow the suggestions given in the first post, first page of this thread.

Just to let you know that it can also be an internet issue on your zone. There are a few paths between your internet provider and the apps. If the one that links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic then it is possible that your game is slow or you have problems loading it. Saddly if that is the case, there is nothing we can do. Maybe you could contact your internet provider to check if your internet is having problems.

Early yesterday I logged in and was playing from my tablet as I had done so many times. Later in the day I could not and diagnostics indicate "the connection was reset" but no other problems. I can reach farmtown and forum from my phone. What is the problem

Please check if you need to do any update for your tablet.

Also, reset your router/modem for a minute and see if that helps you.

Can we just get the game to load. Since the update it is slower and now not loading at all. It was fine this morning, but when I came back from church, it is not loading!!! Yes, internet is fine, cleaned memecache and history and rebooted. Nothing is working!!!!! Help please!!

I moved your post tothe Help & Support thread about loading problems. Please do not post problems or questions in the Suggestions section.


Please make sure your browser and computer are both updated. If you have to do any updates then please restart your computer for those to take affect.


If that doesn't help please try all the suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread.


Your local internet may be fine, but that is only 1 link in a chain of many links to get to the game. Any one of those links having problems or being down can cause your game to be slow loading or not load at all. Unfortunately those links are not in our control nor can we check those as they are all different for every player. If none of the other suggested fixes in the first post work then it is probably an internet link and you will just have to wait for it to get fixed.

It's probably "my computer". Game was freezing frequently to where I couldn't click ANYWHERE on the page either inside or outside the game. Had to force chrome to exit at least twice before I could do anything. Chrome and OS up to date.
