I love doing the quest and cooperative quest, but I want to know, if it automaticly give us the farmtown cash, or we have to click to get the farmtown cash, because I notice that I made quest that give me 1 or 2 farmtown cash and I do not receive it. Please help me by answering so I know if I have to click on to get my farmtown cash.

I moved your post to the thread about Quests in Help & Support forum.

For both types of quests, regular and cooperative, you have to collect the coins when the quests are completed and then when 7 days have past you will be able to collect farm cash. So yes, you have to click to get coins and farm cash.

Greetings, glad my farmtowns are up and running. The quests that I was working on have expired, I would have made two farm dollars. What can it be done so I don't miss those farm dollars? Thanks.

Hi Alma,
I moved your post to the thread about quests as this has nothing to do with the Farm Pass.
The only thing you can do is to start over doing the quest just as the rest of us have to do. Quests once they expire are gone as there isn't any way we can change that.

There needs to be a 12 hour collection period. It is absurd that I have to set my alarm for the middle of the night to collect my 2 farm cash or loose 1.

Hi Grice,
I moved your post to the thread about quests. You have as long as your quests don't expire to collect after the button turns blue. You do not have to collect immediately. Mine turned blue last night about 10:00 PM. I did not collect for the co-op quests until this morning and my regular quest not until this afternoon.

For the co-op quests I always have enough as I do 2 a day. For the regular quests I uncheck the box for the last step for any that I am holding over and do not start them until at least 1 day after I have collected.

I have a quest and a co-op quest that both require loading/producing a dog muzzle and and both are stuck. Thanks for your help.

Hi bbarksda,

Your regular quest to Load Dog Muzzle is showing us that not all of the previous steps are completed yet. We can't see exactly which steps those are so you will need to look again. Please reload the game and see if there are green check marks on all of the steps before the final Load step.

Your co-operative quest to Make Dog Muzzle looks ok. The only usual reason that would not have started, would be if the facility was already producing the maximum before you tried to start that last step. If you only saw a Start Batch button and not a +1 button as well, then the facility can not start another batch yet, you will have to wait until a batch has completed and at least the +1 button is showing as well as the Start Batch button.

Found the problem. I need to pay more attention to detail sometimes. It was the newest facility and I hadn't put it on my farm yet. Sorry for the confusion. Peace Out!!

WTH! I got a quest that required a facility 100 levels HIGHER than my current level! Went to open the Pet Accessories Facility just to find this nasty bit of info! Not right guys!
