Then you probably used all your neighbors list to send boosts.

Your data shows that you have unloaded 5 trains today and you have more on their trips.

If you only are seeing buddies to send boosts, then those are the only ones available at this time.

If you do not send boosts to your available buddies, then you could wait till later today or tomorrow and see if the neighbors list shows up.

I have NOT used neighbors to boost trains since 5AM Central Time US Yesterday Morning. It's been over 36 hours. I understood the list refreshes every 24 hours. I've not seen any neighbors on the "boost" list since YESTERDAY morning at 5AM. To me, this means there is a problem. I've cleared memcache, shut down FT, logged back in, TWICE, and nothing has changed. (There is an unavailable neighbor showing.)

You can send boost requests every 12 hours not 24.

If you wish you can contact Support. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Good Morning,

For some reason I cannot boost all trains. I have 4 trains dispatched. Any issues or am I doing something wrong. Thanks for your help and support.

Hi Bill,
Do you have 4 trains with at least 10 long cars on each of them dispatched? If not then you will not be able to use the Boost All.

I'm not sure where to ask this, but here goes since it relates to trains and their products. When I boost someone's train, I get a share of their product. What do people do with the excess horses, cows, hens, etc you get if all of your animal sheds are full and you have one on nearly every farm? Do you go to the Market and sell them? I wish there was a way to gift them to others. Anybody else have that happening? Thank you!!!!

Yes you go to the market and sell them. The only things that can be gifted are farm cash items from the store or farm cash itself.

I have a neighbor who does not want me sending trains to him....and if I forget, he may get upset. How does he block trains from stopping at his farms?

Hi Linda,
There isn't any way for him to block trains from being sent to him. The boosts do not work the same as the ships. They are not done in order like the ship ports, but are all sent at the same time. You will just have to remember not to send boost requests to him.
