I hired someone who trashed my field by plowing all the flowers. I have flowers surrounding my plots plus huge flowers fields inside a farm. It takes 2 clicks to undo the person's wrongdoing. I dont know if it was intentional or not. I tried PM and chat the person while he/she was plowing wrongly but the person did not respond. In my frustration I just blocked him/her but failed to report the deed.

My suggestion, I hope you can find a way to UNHIRE a worker. Because even if I reported him/her, there is no way for me to stop him/her while he/she was doing the wrong thing.
