My farm won't load
 
100000638807616 Build No: 416 , I have not been able to load my farm this afternoon. I was on it this morning. I get a black screen.

Hi Angelbear,
I moved your post to the thread about loading problems. I just loaded your farms without any problems.


Please make sure your browser and computer system are updated.


If that does not fix it then please try all the suggestions in the first post of this thread including the ones in the link there.

Hello,
Last night my computer unexpectedly turned off, of course I rebooted and tried getting into FT for 3 hours.. gave up at midnight. So at 8am started trying to get in again with no luck after an hour. I totally cleared all the cache, rebooted and still couldn’t get in. Cleared the mem cache, the webgl and webgl2 are working. It's now been almost 5 hours and still can't get in.
I get the little box that says an embedded page at l1.slashkey,com says abort (yadayada) with this:

Hi bgalore :)

Which browser are you using? Is it up to date?

Did you try another updated browser to see if you were able to load the game?

Please check for any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it. I got a compiled update for Windows days ago.

Also please go to the first post, first page of this thread for more suggestions.

I also unchecked all Show .... options in your preferences, the wrench to help you to load the farm easier.

I use Microsoft Edge, yes it is up to date... just updated on Monday.
I do have Opera, can't boot there either.

Are you able to load Facebook without problems? If so, then click in the Farm town icon placed on the left in your facebook home page, or try the Play Farm Town button at the top of this forum.
Do not use any saved link you could have in your computer.

If you play other games on facebook, are they working ok for you?

I have done the following from that link:
I checked checked server and connectivity with the link and got the response as shown in Rob T's post.
I had already cleared my memcache several times and completely cleared the browser history and cache.
I did try to load from the forum and just now from my home page. Thinking as have been 7 hours at this. :eek: Time to walk away from this irritation and get some other things done in real life.

You didnt say if you checked for any update for Windows, please do that and then restart your computer, Im concerned about your computer could be damaged due the shut down, but not sure.

Chrome versus Opera
 
I also use my daughter's facebook account for Farmtown. How come I can log in to her account on Opera but not on Chrome?
What should I do?
