Hi Hello,
I moved your post to the thread about storage since that is the first thing you mentioned. If you used exactly the email address you entered in your post then they would not have gotten your tickets. The email address is

There has been a problem with Support recently and they are working on the issue. That said they are getting the tickets and answering as quick as they can. It can take up to several days for them to respond to you as it is slower than normal.
