Not sure where this one belongs. Rapidly running out of usage in my storage. Are there any plans of increasing this in the future? Not able to keep large buckets or gifts because my total space reducing. Don't feel I should be limited for playing the game to the fullest...just sayin'. Not trying to sound like a whiner. Just want to be able to play the game without these types of constraints. This game has become a way of life.

When you use the ZIP option you are not losing products, you are only converting large and small boxes i to regular ones to continue using them in your factories. As large boxes have more value you also are credited with coins. I have had some 3 glitches with missing storage and yellow gift machine not working properly. I have sent 2 support emails within the last 5 days. It is very unusual for me to have to send support an email. I have not received the auto "we received your email" replay. My question is has anyone else had unusual amount of glitches this past week. And with no auto replay email from support should I worry they did not receive them? I copy and pasted the email from the forum (support@ slashky.com). I have just have not had so may isues in such a small amount of time. I am just wanted to know if itis just me.

I moved your post to the thread about storage since that is the first thing you mentioned. If you used exactly the email address you entered in your post then they would not have gotten your tickets. The email address is support@slashkey.com. There has been a problem with Support recently and they are working on the issue. That said they are getting the tickets and answering as quick as they can. It can take up to several days for them to respond to you as it is slower than normal.
