Hi Jeannettemann,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about crops.

How much else do you have on that farm? To be able to plow new plots on that farm you have to have clear space to do so. If you have something else in that area then you can not create plots in the same space.
As you have asked before about layering then I am guessing you are trying to do the same thing and we can not provide any instructions through the forums for that.
