I just visited your farms but as they are completely planted I cant see which plots you are talking about.

Do you use those farms for quests? If so, and you harvest some plots for your quests, then if you replant using the Crop Replanter tool, those plots will not be done.

If that is not your problem, then you will need to delete all plots in those farms and then click in Play button. See is any plots then show up. If so, you have to delete them and refresh the farm again.

You need to do that till no plots show up and then you can plow again.
