since I added an email, I am not getting my gifts, I have a few farms and they are not getting any on them either, could you please look into this? miss my gifts because some on used on the farm pass, thanks

Hi Jean, I moved your post to the thread about the gifts.
Adding you email address has nothing to do with current farming activities including gifts. That information right now is just going into a database to be used if or when they have to set up a website for an alternate way to get into the game.


Please make sure your browsers and computer sysytem are updated.
Be sure yoiu have cookies and pop ups allowed by the instructions in the following link:

This is a random problem that happens some times. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. I got this problem twice and gifts were back later those days but sometimes it could take a couple of days.


You can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests. Please visit the following link to know how to work through the Activity page:

You can try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.
