How do we get fuel for our harvesters....etc

There are a few ways.

1. Friends gift you fuel.

2. You go to the fuel station using the map button and you get fuel for your level, how many neighbors and visiting your neighbors.

3. Or you can buy an oil pump and oil refinery and make your own fuel.

level 80 is that it, need to earn ft cash, need all the facilities but a bit potless at the mo, great game all the same

Currently level 80 is the last level. You can do farm cash through offers or purchase it.

I have a question about making fuel. When fuel is ready, it goes right to my inventory. When the time comes and I need fuel, will it take the completed fuel from my inventory or from gifts? Thank you!

It'll take it from both. One will be called "gift fuel" which is obviously from your gifts. And if you have made your own fuel (or accidentally sent it to storage from the gift box) it will be called "refinery" fuel.
