Here I am again, same complaint. My 4 x 4 plower is still not working correctly. The newly compiled error message makes things worse not better, before the new one I could work round the problem a little bit, but now I can't even do that. I have emailed support - NO RESPONSE. I have done everything that is advised in this forum including all the checks for connectivity, which all say o.k. It is so frustrating, especially when I see that new items are being added by the developers all the time. Maybe they should spend more time correcting the problems for those of us that love this game and just want tools that work correctly. I want to purchase more tools, but won't because I am concerned that if my 4 x 4 plower doesn't work correctly then neither will the new tools. So after clearing my cache, clearing the flash and doing all the tests I am still no further along with either an answer to my problem or a solution. Please developers do something.

Hello, I guess you've checked everything you possibly can to do with the performance of your own computer? I have the 4x4 plower on two sets of farms and they both work brilliantly 100% of the time. I will admit that I have a very speedy computer, but my friend on a slower computer also has no problem with a plower that I sent to her a few weeks ago.

I ask simply because it must be extremely difficult for the devs to 'fix' a problem that is not a constant with all players. I know they do their absolute best but for many of us there is no problem to 'fix' with the 4x4 plower.

This brings to mind that the Buddy List is now showing ANY buddies online since Sunday. It hasn't worked for two days now. I have to locate a buddy's name and send them a message to find out if they're online or not. When will this be repaired please?

I have problems with 4x4 plower as well. Just recently bought it & every time I've tried to use it a time-out error pops out & I have to refresh. If I'm able to go back to the person's farm, either very few squares or no squares I've clicked have been plowed. Very frustrating!

Have you tried .......
clearing your browser cache and also the macromedia file for cdn.slashkey, close browser, reload game. Then go back to the adobe site and increase the storage allowed for cdn.slashkey to 1MB. If that doesnt help you could also try removing the flash player for the browser you are using and installing a new copy. Instructions , if you need them, can be found........
