Thank you Rob for taking the time to answer me...

A friend asked today how much the Facilities Manager costs, and when I went looking for it in the store I couldn't find it. Looked under "Facilities" and "Tools" - I must be losing my mind. Anyone know where it is??? Help????!

The facilities manager doesn't cost anything, it's part of the extended tools bar everyone has it

Speaking of new releases....

I did upgrade to FireFox 4.0.

The changes I have noticed, with regards to FT, are speed, less lag time, speed, better response.....

oh , and an increase in speed. It is not Huge, but I think it is noticeable.

Yes, I think I have to agree with you on a small increase in speed. Once I finally got it loaded correctly. Had a glitch in it the first time. However, I am missing the little bar that shows....connecting to w52, transferring data, transferring data, connecting to cdn.slashkey......etc., because I always used that as a gauge for how fast I could go. Let's hope the increased speed is not just a teaser!!
