Ok this slowness of planting/seeding has been going on all day here in australia. has been happeneing for 9 hrs now. have done everything possible and still the same so it is not the traffic at all it is the game. so please fix it. it would be nice for it to fixed when i get home from being away all tomorrow. i have put to much time and money into this game to quit but sheez this is just the worst. and only happened since the thanksgiving update. another thing why did you fix that bug where we could buy any seasonal items in the store as i loved that and would like it back the way it was. so please devs please get slashkey to fix this latest problem or else you will have a lot leave because of it.

Mine was going very slow and I went and updated my Java and it has sped up a lot, I didn't think any part of Farm Town has to do with Java, I know it uses the flash player, but it did help a lot, it is going a lot faster now.

It is very very slow - havent seen it this slow for a long long time. Even selecting a tool takes a while before it loads. I updated my Java too Kitt but it hasnt helped as well as trying everything else. I see Chrome has updated with a new taskbar - perhaps the Flash player has as well.
Just a case of being patient I guess and waiting for it to resolve itself. These things usually do.

What is different about your task bar, I don't see any difference with mine and it says my chrome is up to date, my flash player shows it is up to date also. I had a hard time changing tools when I was on a farm, I would select like the green hand and it took like 2 seconds before the extended tool box vanished and I had the green hand, now it does it almost instantly.

Thats still happening with my tools. I select the combine - doesnt matter which size and it waits 5 seconds I counted - I know thats not much but it isnt instant. It also takes ages to come up with the field highlighted grid. My avatar is zooming along but takes ages to do the actual work. Working facilites on others farms is fine but my facility manager takes ages to open as does the seeder menu although the store is fine.

I see what has happened on Chrome now - it has installed an "ask" toolbar without asking first! Gives silly games, the weather,and a link to CNN.

Hi, is there anyone else having very slow seeding today? it's just crazily slow, there seems to be a few second pause each time i click on seeding with my combine 5x5, - Thank You & Happy Farming™

I love knowing date of last activity for each neighbor. Between that and the dim-out option I am a happy farmer!!!

Click on the neighbours tab located at the top of your game screen. You will see "Last Activity" shown along with other information attached to each of your friends.
