ok Taz, my apologies. but 52 million millions sounds odd, to me anyway, so i didnt understand. and, the original output of 1 billion for a farm that is 12x, seems a bit pricey.

Sounds odd to me too. I agree, 1 billion seems a bit pricey for the first section, but overall the price is not that far out of line with the rest of the farms.
