Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close it and your farm, then clear your browser cache and close your browser. Reopen and please let us know if this happens again and trees are back in your gift box at that moment

I had cleared the cache earlier to work a newly accepted friend's facilities. It took 5 or 6 refreshes, but just as suddenly as gifts lay unclaimed in my gift box even after they had been stored or moved already, they appear to be behaving normally again. I ended up with about 22 more rubber trees in total than I expected though since they remained on the farm on which I placed them and were merely duplicated.
