I just fished for my neighbour and didn't earn xp's. In other words, if you don't earn the bonus (neighbours or buddies) you don't get the xp's?? That doesn't seem right.

The only way to get xp for trees, flowers and fishing is if you are hired at market place by a stranger as those xp are only added to the bonus chest.
