HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Getting an error thing (pic is on my facebook page) I always have problems posting pictures here lol.

Anyway, I only get it when one of my neighbours haven't planted before and apparently some are having problems planting too. I haven't tried planting yet for an SN so I can't check that out yet.

I cannot open up to FT at all. I did everything i am supposed to do. I may as well give up and forget about playing FT.

I have been working superneighbor farms without problems.

Please be sure the browser is updated, and also, after that, clear your browser cache. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower, it could last 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I got that problem a few days ago. Please check your browser is updated, mine wasnt at that time.

Then close and restart.

If that is not the problem, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower, it could last 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Hi Sharon Bland

Please provide the information for the 3rd point in the message above the game screen.

You have to provide:

Your user id number (it is in message)

What color is the screen when the game stops loading? (black, gray, green or white)

The last Checkpoint information showing up below your game screen

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

when trying to work a neighbors farm, the screen froze up and wouldn't process the harvest of the trees. then when trying to open FT up again with another tab; it would not load. closed the browser and then opened FT without difficulty.

i still can not get html code on.so what can i do if i can not get this fixs i will not play fram town no more
