Facebook set whichever payment methods they will accept and it can vary from country to country. All I can suggest is you go to your Facebook Settings, Payments section (you may have Facebook Pay) and see if it tells you what payment methods are accepted. If it's not listed, try adding it as a payment method and see if it will accept it.

When adding a new payment method Facebook may ask to verify your address so that they can apply any tax applicable to your local area which they are now required to do according to law.
