Noticed the following in my notes - never seen anything like this before - does it mean anything?

One of the other moderators got the same a few hours ago, but it didnt affect the game at all.

Were you able to continue working? Do you remember what you were doing by the time you got the error?

yes, I kept on working without any problems. I was working on my quests when I noticed it.
