This is a problem with Facebook and Firefox and apparently Chrome for you. I am not sure what Facebook changed but since it was working ok this morning and later in the afternoon it appears they have changed something that causes repeated login requests. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

They may have already. I have been able just now to open 5 facility requests without getting asked to login again.
