Be nice, no profanity, but be firm. Just maybe if they were to get a few thousand feedbacks it might make a difference.

I dont think it will change anythig for facebook, the game will be back when they are satisfied with whatever change/fix they required, not a second before that.

But on the other hand, I know we all feel better doing something trying to help the game, so if you want to contact Facebook politely as you said think there is no problem
