i am NOT speculating slashkey put up the notice to start to buddy our friends now ,, however there is no info in chapter 5 as to what buddies can and can not do so that we can decide on who to neighbor vs buddy ....

please stop accusing players of 'speculating' when we ask questions on information slashkey is posting to us,,,
