Glitch? THIRD week in a row for the watermill.

I have just spent the last two weeks with the watermill. Today I upgraded and got the water mill for the 3rd week in a row. I do not want that again, supposedly it is random, mine is stuck. I do not want to do this again, how about something I never get? Like the SemiTruck.

A switch to something other than flour would be appreciated. Thanks.
