is there a new trick to be able to work on peoples facs, and serv?? I try to work but the button is there bt not clickable....is there a new way now or is it a glitch or error or...?

Hi Don't feed the beggers,
In the release notes:
- Work factories and service facilities at the same time when visiting a farmer. To be able to do this, you need to have 4 fully diversified trains dispatched or ready to unload.


Moderators Note: A fully diversified train is a train with at least 10 different long farm cash cars on it.

Yes, it is new and it will be explained when we get all the information for the new release.

The greyed out buttons do not mean you do not have ingredients, it is only that if your facility was filled to 100% then the start all button will greyed out till a batch for products is done and you can start them again.

Same for Store all, if you have already stored your products and nothing is done in the factory yet, then the store all button will be greyed out.

It is the same for service facilities with their buttons.

even the buttons for ones i need ingredients for are grayed out i no longer get the notification that i need ingredients and the option to request them

i have to manually look between the things to produce and whats pending tabs to find out which ones need ingredients is much slower hopefully they can fix that its really annoying

sort of goes with the saying if it isnt broken dont fix it

So does this mean that I cannot work my neighbours servies and facs unless I buy trains? I see where it says to do both does that mean we cannot do them as we have been until today without buying trains? and they cannot do mine unless we both have trains?
so trains are no longer optional? I don't think I like that lol

Hi Don't feed the beggers,
No it does not mean either. If you don't have any trains or less than the 2 trains with 10 cars each then you work them just like you have been. What your neighbor has for trains has no bearing on your working their facilities or them working yours.

The trains just speed up the work. If you have 2 trains with the 10 cars then you can work all of the facs or services by the mayor doing them. If you have 4 trains with the 1o cars each then you can work both the facs and services in the same opening of their farms.

Can you continue beyond those?

I have had notes from a couple of neighbors, who don't have trains. I checked and facilities were full when two of them tried, and were never empty so all should have been able to work. Had to close using the "x" in top right corner for each facility to be worked by super neighbor, then the mayor worked his part. I checked and the facilities worked by the mayor were down to 80%, while the others remained 100%.
