I moved your post to the thread about Farm Pass

That is due the privilage for increasing capacity by 10% for facilities producing common ingredients is active.

The Ink and Pigments factory is one of those factories so it will take more time to let you start a batch.

It would help if you post your facilities and your friends work them.
