OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

I have a question regarding the slow loading. Once I cleared my memcache and my browser history, I know that loading farms will be slow at first but then resume their usual speed. I tried going to the Marketplace to get hired, but, when I do get hired, the farms takes forever to load to work on. Will this eventually correct itself to somewhat back to normal, or should I expect this every time I'm hired? I've cleared my memcache before and never came across this problem. thank you!!!
