Default pause between reworking neighbor's facilities
I would like for the eight hour pause between reworking my neighbor's facilities to be removed. It is taking so much longer to do everything, because I am constantly (that is an exaggeration but not by much) having to clear the memcache and reload the farms. It's taking so much longer than it used to to show seeds after my employees are finished. I start working facilities much later than I used to. Please consider this.

Default Replant Same Crop
It would be wonderful if the “Replant Same Crop” tool wasn’t hidden in the seed store. I would love to be able to add it to my toolbar for easy access. Please consider this in future updates.
