I'm in the same boat and yesterday it was back to normal on my own farm, SN, and getting hired at the marketplace. No idea how or why, am totally grateful, but wish we could pinpoint the issue so it can get addressed faster for all.

Hi ckrhodes,
The only thing we can pinpoint is an internet link between the ones who had the problem and the game. Nothing has been changed on the game servers.
Unfortunately Slashkey does not have control or even a way to check those links. I am glad though that at least soe of you have been able to get back to normal playing.

Yep, me too! Game loading and doing what it's supposed to do. My final test was going to the Marketplace, getting hired and doing multiple farms and it worked!!!! Thank you Moderators for all your patience with us and our frustration. It's like someone flipped a switch.

My experience is the same. Things have been back to normal for me since Saturday morning. I did not want to jinx it by reporting it but since others have done so.... what a relief.

I can work on my farms ONLY, when I try to go anywhere else I get an "Error Saving Data" Error XLINK: 2025-06-20 17:50:01.463 WARNWARNING: Ajax.Send_Ajax_Request - got error: ConnectionError, Unknown Error, code: 0, https://w24.slashkey.com/facebook/fa...U2In0=&retry=3

Please be sure that your browser and your computer system are up to date.
After any update it is better to restart the computer.

REply to my previous post. Cleared cache on Opera, no help. Tried Firefox, everything working normally. (both browsers are UTD but I'm using Windows 7 software, please don't tell me you've changed the game to only run on Win 10/11 software).

Hi James,
If everything works normal on Firefox then it would have to be a problem with Opera. No the game has not been changed to only work on Windows 10/11 however with no updates for Windows 7 I am not surprised that it would begin to fail as there are no security updates for that. I am sorry but we don't have a solution for you.
I would still suggest you try all the suggestions in the link I gave you.
You can contact Support for this but I am not sure they will be able to help either. You can contact them by email through support@slashkey.com

I keep getting this error with graphics that it's trying to load from amazonaws. I'm sure it's just a mapping issue but thought I would let the developers know with the screenshot.
