I should have had over 40,000 bamboo and taro plants, but as soon as I filled my facilities, everything was gone. Neither of those crops should use 40,000 in one full up. Thanks! Is this an issue with other farmers?

Hi Trixye Sue

I moved your post to the thread about Storage as it has nothing to do with the New release.

I think you are talking about Bamboo shoots you get by harvesting Bambusa crop and Taro crop.

Taro crop is only used in the Boba Tea Shop.

Bamboo shoots are used in the Taiwanese Restaurant and the Traditional Japanese Restaurant.

You do not own any of those facilities so Taro and Bamboo shoots are non ingredients as they are not used in any facility you own.

Yesterday, June 24th, you sold your non ingredients (All) and those crops were sold.
That is why you do not find them in your storage or if you check your Crops list in your Store and hover your mouse over those crops you will see 0 stored.

Bamboo shoots are also used in two facilities that I own, according to the "?" icon. They are Taste of Japan and Taste of Taiwan. At the very least I should not have had the bamboo shots deleted when I did the storage dump. I had at least 45K of shoots in storage...

HiTrixye,
The bamboo shoots are not used in the Taste of Japan or Taste of Taiwan service facilities. They are used in the Traditional Japanese Restaurant and Taiwanese Restaurant to create dishes that are loaded into the Taste of services. You do not have either of those restaurants where the bamboo shoots are used.
