You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. Did you get the auto response email?
No

Have you checked your spam/junk folder for it?
Yes

Did you also try another email address you have and have the same problem with that one as well?
I reported it from my regular email address but gave Farmer Squeak's Farm ID, build and stuff. Farmer Squeak's email address is one I never use and can't always gain access to. In my report, I asked them to reply to my regular email address (for Farmer Susan). I don't know if they haven't yet responded or if it went to the email address I can't access.

Suggestions?

Yes it as well as all the Turbo facilities added to increase production can be on a farm with single ones as they are not the same facility.

Hello all:

Ahhh!!! I'm an old farmtowner! I feel guilty for using this forum, but here I have a problem I hope that can be solved.

I have several facilities, and service facilities, and animal houses in Farm #40 to 45, but for the longest time, those are not listed in my Facility Manager for quick "Store All", "Start All" and "Load All". So, I have been doing them manually from Farm #40 to #45. My Facility Manager only captures those from Farm #1 to Farm #39, and then nothing after that. Do you know what I need to do to have those other ones included in the Facility Manager?

Please open your Facility Manger and click on the Funnel Icon top right of the window that opens, then make sure that it is set like this for your facility tools to work on all facilities on all farms. Please remember to click the green check mark to save any changes.

I am having a terrible time finding certain facilities as I have so many. Is there a way to do a facility search on each farm? This is really critical for me. If there isn't a way, can you create one?

I moved your post from Suggestions to Help & Support to be able to respond to you.

You can use your Facility Manager and set the A/Z filter to Alphabetically or Farm Number options.

Or

You can use your Farm Stats to search for facilities using the Facilities section. This method is explained in the following link:
