If you look closely on your internet agreement it will say up to "xx" megabits per second. It could be as slow as 1 megabit per second and still be within the service level.

I have not been able to access my farms today. I get error messages below the black screen.

Please make sure your computer and browser are updated. If you have to do any updates please restart your computer after doing those so they take affect.


Also there are suggestions in the first post on the first page of this thread for you to try if those don't fix it.

OFF LINE ISSUE!!

We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms.
Also, there are errorS in the console.

We still are able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line.

We have emailed the developers to let them know.
