If I reload the page, it usually works. Sometimes I have to reload a page several times. It does not matter how many requests I try to work at the same time. The rest is about 50% the error message in the popup-window (see photo attached) or the message underneath the game frame I wrote above.

Just to explain again how it worked before the last update of the game: Until last week, I was able to work up to 30 requests at the same time in different tabs. In all tabs, the game loaded without problems. So I could click just through the tabs to start.

Are you using a saving link in your computer to load the game? If so please do not use it and click in this link to enter the game, you will have to type your credentials:

If the problems continue, please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Hi Marymarcel,
yes I also tried several times to start the game by a new login, but that did not help either.

The funny thing is, since yesterday everything runs again as usual. All attempts to work other facilities start right from the first click, no more error messages.

I think this is the second or third time this problem occured for some days after a game update.

Default Web GL Issue

I've read several posts in this thread looking for some help on the Web GL issue. I just purchased a new computer. I tested to see if three browsers supported GL by using all the links in the first post (Edge, Chrome, and Firefox). All of them worked beautifully. However, I am still having problems with receiving the black screen, trying to reload the game, and receiving the "does not support Web GL" message. It appears to happen most when I'm working for another farmer. My user ID is 1712115752 Build no 636. Help?

Hi TheBigMama

Please be sure that you have done all updates for your new computer.

Also, try the following suggestions, the one at the bottom of the list is only for Chrome, see if the Hardware aceleration is enable in Chrome.

It could be your computer or your internet as we are not getting any other report about this.

Be sure there are no red numbers in the save icon before trying to do other action.

Also you can close and restart your computer to see if it helps.
