Had a senior moment and bought another enhanced train when I had one in storage. Can I send it to a friend or have it refunded?

Hi Rodkay,
No you can not send any Farm Cash item you have purchgased for your own farms to any one. To send Farm Cash items to another you have to Send from the store directly to them using the Send button instead of the Buy button.

That would have to be something you would need to ask Support about as we can not do refunds through the forums.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. HI IVE BOUGHT 4 DIFFERENT TRAINS WITH 10 CARRIAGES ON EACH , BUT FOR SOME REASON I CANNOT USE THE NEW FUNCTION TO DO BOTH FACS AT THE SAME TIME PLEASE COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG, MY COMPUTER IS UPTO DATE, I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT BROWSERS, I HAVE USED MEMCACHE TO CLEAR JUST TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM IS NOT MY END BUT YET I CANT USE THIS FUNCTION, SORRY FOR CAPS BAD EYE SIGHT THANKS Your USER ID number is: 746113654 Build No: 636

Hi lucylou

I checked trains on your farm and you only have 3 trains with at least 10 long cars or more.
They are placed on your farms 5, 8 and 9

The train on your farm 2 with an Enhanced locomotive only has 2 long cars attached.

Hi. I am trying to help my friend (Farm ID 1683534420 ) with a Train she has on F1. She has spent a LOT of money to get 4 full sets, and no matter what I have tried, I cannot get cars 6-10 to attach. She has moved, sold and deleted anything in the way that I can tell. I am not using the purple design hand. Can you please advise me what I should try, because this is just the 1st of the 3 she has added today. Thank you

Hi Early Girl,
You can not use the green hand either as that will prevent them from being connected correctly. The yellow hand is the only one you can use.
Also make sure the train is not dispatched or loaded. It has to be home and unloaded to attach cars.

Edit: The ID you gave (maybe your own) shows 2 trains with 5 cars each. No other cares around.

Thanks for the quick reply. I was trying the green hand but the yellow hand will not allow me to attach cars on the edge of the farm - although the other 5 cars are attached that way? All of my personal trains are attached that way. Did that change?

Hi Early Girl,
Nothing has changed on that. You might get lucky with the green hand, but only the yellow hand will always connect them correctly.

The ID you gave (maybe your own) shows 2 trains with 5 cars each. No other cares around.And both of those trains are dispatched. You can not attach cars to a train when it is dispatched.
