I would suggest planting several and then only harvest one at a time as you only need 1 for the grape popsicle. That way you have extras if it doesn't take. Edit: I just looked at your farms and I see you have some purple grapes on your farm 2 that are ready. Try harvesting 1 then look and see if it took.
