Hi -- Haven't been on for few days. Tonight was trying to send gifts and got same "sprite" error message. I haven't done anything other than gifting. BUT I did put a VPN on before I got laid up and am wondering if I should have turned it off. I'm not even sure what it really does. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated.

Yes you can turn the vpn off. That was recommended when there was an internet route problem for some, so the vpn changed your route to the servers. The sprite error should not have stopped you from sending the gifts. But I would first make sure your computer and browser are up to date. If you have to update either then be sure to restart your computer. You might want to run the memcache as well to make sure everything with your farms are ok.

(and I didn't pay attention on my regular account 1303461736.. SORRY I am kind of spacy today :-D Hi, not sure if this might be a problem.. so far my game seems to work.. but a few different times it has done this and said it was error. (copied and pasted but no picture) 2025-06-23 15:09:40.143 WARNWARNING: SpriteDownloader. Error downloading graphic: (https://farmtown.s3.amazonaws.com/im...017557.jpg?v=2) https://farmtown.s3.amazonaws.com/im...017557.jpg?v=2 - HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden I reload the page and it starts fine, then either when I went to job marketplace or I went to super neighbor and did some harvesting.. or jjust various times it would do this again.. so.. just letting you know?? game might load once then as I try to move from farm to farm it wont load and then sometimes it isnt loading at all. Cleared cache, restarted computer and all seems up to date. Tried on Chrome and Edge thanks so much |

What is going on with contacting Support? I am currently having problems with the game loading as well as being able to do normal farm tasks. I have not seen answers to the problem within the Forum, but when I click the Support link, it does not take me to the normal in game email. Any idea how long this will last? Thanks
