I have everything EXCEPT the Vinyl Roll. When I click to make the vinyl roll from the Quest icon, it takes me to my petrochemical plant. When I click on vinyl roll, it says I ordered 1. Then I close the plant, the Quest shows I STILL need it, not that it will be done in 6 hours.

Hi Marilynnsz,
What I see in your data is that you only have 13 of 20 steps completed for the Examination Table. You can only see 12 of the steps without scrolling, so maybe you haven't looked at the ones at the bottom.

If it shows one started, then disappears that means that facility is already full for that product and you can not start any more in it. If you have more than one of those facilities go to your facility manager and try starting one in a different one. Try only starting one of the vinyl rolls, and pay attention to the text that pops up as that will tell you if the facility is full for that product.

I have a quest for a lobster trap. I have everything but it says I need to buy a lobster trap. I can't find anyone who has one or anyway i know of to buy one. I have several in my storage but it won't let me use them What do I do. How do I buy a lobster trap? same with potato chips and frozen vegetables.

Hi Sukey Sue,
As these are co-op quests then you either have to find the item in one of your neighbor's co-op quests or put a help note on them for your neighbors to be able to sell them to you if you have any help notes left. If you are out of help notes on those 3 quests then you will have to find those items in someone's co-op quests to be able to buy them.

I have had two messages from you about TRYING to produce a vinyl roll for the Examination table. The last message suggested that I hadn't completed all the previous steps, but I have. I double checked this morning, and for some reason, I was logged out of the Forum and had to reset my password.
I just clicked to open the Petrochemical Plant and started ONE roll out of 24 possible. When I closed the Petrochemical Plant, the Quest said that I STILL needed to produce a vinyl roll instead of telling me when it would be ready!
I am SOOOO frustrated!!

I moved your post to the thread about Quests.

Are you sure you are clicking in the Vinyl Roll? You have to scroll down the page to find it.

Could it be possible you were clicking in Nylon Roll instead?

am on the last step of a regular quest. I loaded the 100 vanilla donuts but it wont take it.....I have them in stock, the other steps are finished. I then tried to load all batches, it let me do that but still did not show loaded to the last step of this quest What do I do? I cant load more as I did load all in an attempt to finish the quest

I have lost several farm cash from completing 8 quests in 7 days because they come collectible late at night and I forget to collect them, then the next morning a new 7 days is in play and I have lost the previous weeks completed quests.

Hi Grandkids,
I am sorry, but quests only stay on the chart for 7 days exactly to the second. This is why we say to not start the last step of any quests the first day after you have collected your farm cash.

A new 7 days does not start until you collect the farm cash. If you don't collect until the morning then your next one will start at that time, not late at night, but you do not have to collect as soon as the button turns blue.
