From the Game Guide chapter on Tools: The Armored Truck is a tool that allows you to Cash Out ALL Service Facilities in one click. This tool cost 30 Farm Cash. It's NOT the other armored truck that costs coins, that one is just decoration. NOTE : Cashing out Service facilites uses Fuel. The "Cash Out All" button is located at the top right of the Facility Manager.
