There is no attached message for us to see what the problem is. Please try again or describe the issue.

If the purchase has not gone through using PayPal please remember to check that all of your card details do not need updating in PayPal.

EDIT TO ADD: We can see your Farm Pass is unlocked so has been purchased and you have only been charged once. Please reload your game if you are still having problems and see if it's showing unlocked now.
