I moved your post to the HTML5 thread.

This usually happens when an error is encountered and your browser thinks Web GL is disabled.

First thing to do is to close your browser and then reopen it. You can also restart your computer.

If the previous things dont fix the problem, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Also be sure that your Chrome browser is up to date. I got a new update for Chrome yesterday.

I dont know what you have done, that is why we possible ask you to do it again.

Search for any update for your browser and for Windows. Please let us know which version of Chrome you are.

Clear your browser cache, after doing that, close and restart your computer.

If this was a problem with the servers then everyone would not be able to get in. Please do not modify your posts after they have been answered. Instead post a new reply, quoting the answer to you. That will make it easier for all of us to follow this.


Are you possibly using Private browsing? That won't work as it will disable the cookies needed for storing the graphics. That will cause the server to think your WebGL is disabled.


Have you tried clearing the browser cache as you were asked to do, then close the browser, then reopen to see if it still tells you the WebGL is disabled? If you have tried that then there is a way in the first post of this thread to re-enable WebGL for Chrome.

Hi Alexm,
I moved your post to the thread about HTML/WebGL problems. When you get an error please post it in this thread about the HTML/WebGL problems.

Did these errors stop you from continuing having to reload or not?

If it was Co-op quests were you switching between neighbors for the quests when this happened? For these it may be that the next neighbor may have just completed their last quest and don't have any to show, so it errors out.

not they did not stop me i just had to refresh the game and scroll to where i was up to.
but yeah it errors out when the neighbour doesn't have a active quests and/or has just finished there quest.

Farm won’t load. It was difficult earlier today, but eventually it did. Now, it just won’t. It gets to the black screen, with the little progress box about 8 or 9/10s filled in. This was on Chrome:

Hi Melian,
I am not sure why the WASM is not downloading right for you unless it is an internet problem somewhere between you and the servers. Being difficult to connect this moring and now not connecting makes me think there is a problem some where between. There are many links the data has to go through between you and the Facebook app server and then more links between there and the Farm Town servers. If just one is having problems then it can cause you loading problems. Unfortunately we do not have any control over those links or the servers on them and have no way to monitor them.
