OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

OK - I'm getting "WebGL supported but not enabled"...I'm not savvy enough to figure out how to correct it...I've followed the links provided, but it's beyond my expertise & I need more help...

Hi Zeeky Banutski,

Have you been able to play today and it's just gone disabled now?

Check your browser and see if it needs updating, update it if it needs doing. Then close the browser for a few minutes and then reopen it.

Even if the browser does not need updating, still try closing the browser for a few minutes and then reopen it and see if it then show WebGL is enabled again.

It’s been a couple of days not working…I rebooted about 30 minutes ago - no change.

I’m not sure where to look for & how to update Chrome browser…like I said, I’m not too savvy with this stuff…you help is appreciated.

Hi Zeeky Banutski,

As you are using Chrome it might have automatically updated for you.

Do you remember if when you were last able to play using that browser if you saw this in the in the FT Console beneath the game?

"LOGWarning: Your browser does not support "WebGL 2" Graphics API, switching to "WebGL 1"

If you were previously limited to using WebGL 1.0 that particular LOGWarning will no longer be showing up in the FT console any more and you will have to use a different browser.



If you would like to check if Chrome needs updating:

1. top right of your Chrome browser window are 3 dots
   
   
2. click on the dots
   
   
3. scroll down and click on Help
   
   
4. Another menu will show. Click on About Google Chrome.
   
   
5. It will then open a new tab for you in the browser.
   
   
6. If it needs updating you should see it automatically start downloading the update.
   
   
7. If it does not need updating it will tell you that it's up to date and the version it is.
