Which browser are you using? Did you check if your browser is up to date? Which version does your browser have?

Also check if you have pending updates for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

If you cleared your browser cache, then the game will load very slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I hide everything in your prefences, the wrench, to let you load the game easily.
