Not sure if this is going to give you the image of the error. It is a screenshot and I tried to get a URL for it.

I get this error showing up when I am working as a Super Neighbour. I don't think it is causing any problems but I'm not sure. I am working on a Macbook Pro, OS Catalina, v 10.15.7, and I use the Chrome browser.
Any ideas, or suggestions would be appreciated.

Please make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you do any updates please restart your computer to make sure the updates are applied.

Hi macladywloo,

Is the error only happening on a specific neighbours farm, does it happen if you try to do the same thing on your own farms?
Does it happen when working as a super neighbour for someone else?
What job where you doing for them?

Could you have been trying to place anything on a farm that is layered or layering anything on their farm?

Please also Try clearing your FT memcache. To do that Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window.

Then reload the game and see if you get the same error again when you do the exact same thing. When you are done with what you are doing for that neighbour, refresh the farm and see if what you were doing was saved.

A DNS error means an internet connection problem. Only thing you can do is wait until it clears up.

The servers have been misbehaving all day. Fast one minute dead stopped the next and can't WON'T reload.

The servers have been working just fine. As we have said in the past you are obviously having an internet problem somewhere between you and the servers. We have had no other reports concerning this today and are not having any problems ourselves with the servers.

Strange that EVERY other website I visit is working just fine?! But FT is working on making us jump through hoops that won't be needed for YEARS when they launch their FB competitor social network!!!

Hi John,
I find it strange that no one else is having your problem. Did you try the server test listed in the link in the first post of this thread. The servers are all up and running correctly. We can't fix problems between you and the servers as Slashkey does not control or own those internet links.
Again Slashkey is not launching a social media platform so not competing with Facebook. They are just trying to keep the game alive for us all.
