OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

hello everybody
i need help as i have the usual problem and can't get onto my farm. i went through the usual steps but nothing works

Hi Vonalm,
Since I don't know what usual steps you have done, Please make sure your browser and computer are up to date. If you need to do any updates please be sure you have restarted your computer for those to take affect.


If that isn't it then try all the suggestions in the first post of this thread and all of those in the link in that post.


I just loaded your farms without any problems.

those are the usual steps, including a run of the CCleaner and an Avast scan and update

I just loaded your farms without any problems.

For the last month I have been having loading issues, crashes, "an embedded page at slashkey says WebGL ..." Today I was unable to get on at all. My browser was current, I had just cleaned my memecache. I was using Google Chrome which I had done for years.
On a lark, I decided to try a different browser. Not only was I able to load swiftly, I was able to work all my farms, all my super neighbors farms without any problems and quickly. My suggestion is to ditch Chrome and try a different browser like I did.

Was in earlier. No problem. Now I'm getting this error twice:

Got it. Might be because of the new stuff being pushed out.

I am having issues loading the play tab only. All other tabs loa fine except for the Play tab will not load.

I just loaded your farms without problems.

Please be sure your browser and your computer system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

After checking that, then go to the first post, first page of this thread where you will find more suggestions to try.

I hid all Show ..... items in your preferences, to make it easier for you to load your farms.

Hi Lisa,
The other tabs do not require all that the farms Play tab needs to load.


As you were asked in the reply to your first post about this please update your browser and computer system. After you have done that then restart your computer.
If that still does not fix it then please go to the first post, first page of this thread where you will find more suggestions to try. Go through all of those including the ones ina link there.
